Unfortunately, the following corrections were not incorporated into the original article.
Methods. Whole-body and cardiac acquisitions for 18F-FDG PET images were performed using a hybrid PET/CT system (Ingenuity, TF PET/CT/Philips Medical Systems, the Netherlands) in three patients. In four patients the PET scan was performed with an (IRIX PET/CT System, Philips Medical Systems, USA). The patients fasted for at least 24 hours before undergoing the examination.
After the publication of the original article, it was noted that one of the author’s names was forgotten. The correct name of the author, Professor Christian PIRICH, MD, has been updated and published in this erratum. We gratefully acknowledge Professor PIRICH for helpful comments, as well as analyzing and interpreting the data of the study. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
