Zusammenfassung

In diesem Beitrag werden die wesentlichen Komplikationen und Nebenwirkungen von Fillern beschrieben. Nebenwirkungen können bei allen Fillern (resorbierbar, nichtresorbierbar) und auch Biostimulatoren (Polymilchsäure, Kalziumhydroxylapatit) auftreten. Die Komplikationen reichen von Rötungen nach der Injektion bis hin zur Spätinfektion nach Monaten. Die entsprechenden Therapiemöglichkeiten werden vorgestellt.

Abstract

This article describes the most important complications and side effects of fillers. Side effects can occur with all fillers (biodegradable and non-biodegradable) and also with biostimulators (e.g. poly-L-lactic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite). The complications range from reddening following injection to delayed infections months later. The appropriate therapy options are presented.
