Résumé

Une patiente atteinte d’un cancer du sein, aujourd’hui âgée de 42 ans, relate son expérience lors de l’annonce de sa maladie il y a 4 ans. Une récidive survient 3 ans plus tard, sous la forme de métastases osseuses, et le déni initial est alors levé. Le rythme personnel de la patiente qui stagnait se voit alors bouleversé; les peintures réalisées par la patiente témoignent de ce mouvement. La psychothérapie engagée à l’occasion de la maladie permet un retour sur un passé refoulé et la quête du « nom du père ».

Abstract

A 42 years patient with breast cancer relates the announcement of her disease, four years ago, associated with a denial of the disease. The recurrence of the disease under the form of bone metastasis, a year ago, erases the initial selfdenial strategy. The patient’s life and rythm are therefore shattered; the patient’s paintings reveal this evolution. The psychotherapy engaged at the beginning of the disease allows a return to a repressed past and the search of the “father’s name”.
