Abstract

Hirschsprung disease and anorectal malformations require surgical management during childhood. Bowel management has been widely adopted by many pediatric teams to improve the functional results and quality of life of the patients. Nevertheless, the long-term outcome of the patients is poorly reported in the literature. The MAREP center for anorectal and pelvic malformations is a national registry that can inquire the outcome of the patients during adulthood.
