Zusammenfassung

Bei multiplen hämangiomartigen Läsionen, die u. a. auf der Haut und im Gastrointestinaltrakt auftreten und mit gastrointestinalen Blutungen einhergehen können, muss auch an das „Blue-Rubber-Bleb-Nevus-Syndrom“ gedacht werden. Der geschilderte Fall ist wegen des fortgeschrittenen Alters der Patientin bei Erstmanifestation besonders ungewöhnlich. Hier war ein interventionell-endoskopisches Vorgehen indiziert, das zu Beschwerdefreiheit führte.

Abstract

In cases of multiple haemangiomatous lesions occurring in the skin and the gastro-intestinal tract and accompanied by gastro-intestinal bleeding, the blue rubber-bleb nevus syndrome should always be considered. The case described here is particularly unusual because of the advanced age of the female patient at clinical manifestation. An interventional endoscopic approach was indicated which led to full recovery.
