Abstract
Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection is known to involve mainly the lungs; however, invasion of multiple other organs is not uncommon. In tuberculosis, involvement of the head and neck, which presents different clinical forms, may represent a diagnostic problem for the general dental practitioner. We describe here three cases of extrapulmonary tuberculosis that reported to us with different clinical presentations and magnetic resonance imaging findings.
