Correlation of Compression Modulus of Quaternary Clayey Soils of Various Origins with Specific Resistance During Static Penetration

The theory of correlation-regression analysis is used for statistical processing of archival survey data, and correlation relationships between the compression modulus based on data derived from plate tests and the specific resistance of the soil beneath of cone of the probe during static penetration are investigated for Quaternary clayey soils of various origin. Results of the study can be used to validate tables in Appendix "H" of Building Code 47.13330.2012.
