Modeling the quality entropy of key programs of study

Abstract

This paper is an application of paper Oprean and Bucur (Qual Quant 47(6):3403–3409, 2013) in which we defined, modeled and simulated the quality entropy of a product, service or process at the time point “t”. The application refers to the analysis of the quality entropy of academic programs of study considered fundamental, and that we have defined as “key programs of study”.
