Development of Methods for Determining the Coefficients of Linear Thermal Expansion for End Measures of Length

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

We propose and have tested a method of determining linear thermal expansion coefficients, which is not affected by the influence of thermal deformation of structural elements of the measuring system on the results determining these coefficients. We present recommendations for the application of the developed methodology.
