Abstract
The Chromium doped Nickel ferrite nanopowders prepared by sol–gel combustion route by nitrates of respective metal ions. Formation of structure, morphology has been confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction method, FTIR and HRSEM. Additionally, electrical properties of prepared chromium doped nickel ferrites were studied using four probe method. The conductivity of the prepared ferrites was found to be decrease with increase in concentration of chromium.
