Timothy Koschmann’s article on “Early Glimmers of the Now Familiar Ethnomethodological Themes in Garfinkel’s ‘The Perception of the Other’” was initially written and submitted as a contribution for a previously HUMAN STUDIES Special Issue dedicated to the memory of Harold Garfinkel (Human Studies, Vol. 35, Nr. 2/2012). Regrettably, its publication was delayed. The text references should therefore be read in the context of this Special Issue.

The editors would like to apologize to Prof. Koschmann for this unfortunate misunderstanding.
