Clarification of formulas for stress intensity factor for DCDC specimens

Abstract

A correction is provided to the formula for the stress intensity factor for the double cleavage drilled compression (DCDC) specimen derived by Plaisted et al. in Int J Fract 141: 447–457, 2006.
