Abstract

In this study, BFO thin films doped with different elements were prepared by spin coating, and it was found that the influence of different elements on BFO photovoltaic performance is very different. Ca element doping can greatly improve the photovoltaic performance of BFO thin film, and the Voc and Jsc are significantly improved. This part of the work shows that Ca-doping plays an important role in improving the photovoltaic performance of BFO.
