  1. Das Plasmid basiert auf dem pGEM-T-Vektor und enthält das 510 bp-PCR-Amplifikationsprodukt von A.laidlawii. Durch Insertion eines zusätzlichen 476 bp- (stuffer) DNA-Fragments entsteht nach Amplifikation ein 986 bp großes PCR-Produkt, welches auf dem Agarose-Gel gut von den 502-520 bp großen Amplifikationsprodukten der Mykoplasmen-16S rRNA-Gene zu unterscheiden ist. Das Kontrollplasmid ist ca. 3990 bp groß (Uphoff and Drexler 2002).
