Summary
An example demonstrates that the theorem of Bayes does not lead in general to better linear partial information. Therefore a statistical decision model with linear partial information is introduced using the minimal expected utilities for the comparison of actions. The expected utilities are depending on the linear partial information about the conditional probabilities. Implications of linear partial information described by intervals are added.
