Das Entwicklungsniveau verschiedener Volkswirtschaften — Wachstumsvergleiche und Prognosemethoden

Zusammenfassung

Ungarns vier wirtschaftshistorische Perioden seit Ende des Zweiten Weltkrieges sowie das erreichte ökonomische Entwicklungsniveau werden dargestellt und kommentiert. In Anlehnung an die Methode von Gilbert und Kravis werden Analysen durchgeführt, die einen quantitativen Vergleich der Entwicklungsniveaus einzelner sozialistischer und kapitalistischer Volkswirtschaften ermöglichen. Hieran schließt sich ein internationaler Vergleich der Entwicklungsdynamik der Länder in den verschiedenen Epochen der Vergangenheit an. Das statistische Erfahrungsbild zeigt gewisse Gesetzmäßigkeiten zwischen dem Wachstum sozialistischer Länder und dem der USA in der Vergangenheit. Unter Nutzung geeigneter Naturalindikatoren werden für die VR Ungarn Entwicklungsperspektiven aufgezeigt.

Summary

The author describes, and comments on, the four periods of Hungary’s post-war economic development and the development level attained. She analyzes, following the method by Gilbert and Kravis, and quantitatively compares the development levels of various socialist and capitalist economies and, subsequently, the dynamics of these national economies’ economic development in past periods. In the light of statistical experience she finds certain regularities in the socialist countries’ economic growth and that of the United States in the past. On the strength of natural resources indicators she points out the economic prospects of the People’s Republic of Hungary.

L’auteur decrit et commente les quatre periodes de l’evolution économique d’après-guerre dans la Hongrie et le degré de développement atteint. Elle fait des analyses, en utilisant la méthode de Gilbert et Kravis, en vue de comparer quantitativement les degrés de développement économique de différentes économies socialistes et capitalistes. Ensuite elle établit une comparaison internationale de la dynamique de l’évolution économique dans ces pays au cours de différentes périodes historiques. L’évidence statistique révèle une certaine régularité de la croissance économique des pays socialistes et des Etats-Unis au passé. Les perspectives de croissance pour la République Populaire de la Hongrie sont établies à partir de quelques indicateurs naturels appropriés.

Йзлагаются и комментируются четыре Экономико-историчес ких периода Венгрии с конца Второй Мировой войны а также современный уровень Экономического развития. На основе метода Джильберта и Кревиса проводятся анализы, позволяюшие количественное сопоставление уровней Экономического развития отдельных социалистических и капиталистических стран. К Этому присоединяется международное сопоставление динамики расвития стран в различных периодах прощлого, результаты которого указывают на известные закономерности в развитии социалистических стран и в развитии CIIIA в прощлом. На основе пригодных физических показателей рассматриваются перспективы дальнейщего Экономического развития Народной Республики Венгрии.
