Effects of the ρ-nucleon total cross-section on photopion production in the forward direction

  • Published:
Il Nuovo Cimento (1955-1965)

Summary

The possible contribution of a ρ-exchange process to the photoproduction of ρ-mesons, which subsequently decay to high-energy pions at very small angles, is examined when the ρ-nucleon vertex is replaced by the total cross-section for ρ-induced reactions.
