Zusammenfassung

2 Gruppen von Patienten mit Rektumpolypen wurden verglichen. Gruppe A: 67 Patienten mit solitären Polypen des Rektums und Gruppe B: 74 Patienten mit Rektumpolyp und simultanem Rektumkarzinom. Der Prozentsatz an histologisch festgestellten Atypien der Schleimhaut, vermehrten Mitosen und dem sogenannten „Carcinoma in situ” war in Gruppe B höher (14,4 zu 6,8%).

Summary

Two groups of patients with rectal polyps have been compared. Group A: 67 patients with solitary polyps of the rectum, and group B: 74 patients with rectal polyps and simutaneous rectal carcinoma. The rate of atypical histological findings was higher in group B (14.4% to 6.8%)
