Zusammenfassung

Neun Substanzen wurden an zwei verschiedenen PDE Präparationen auf ihre PDE hemmenden Eigenschaften untersucht. Dabei zeigte sich, dass die I50-Werte von der Art der Präparation und von der Substratkonzentration abhängen.
