Hemorrhage into a choledochal cyst in a hemophiliac child

Abstract

A hemophiliac child presented with acute abdominal pain due to hemorrhage into an unsuspected choledochal cyst. Sonography delineated the cystic mass; hepatobiliary scintigraphy confirmed the diagnosis.
