Summary
Given a semigroup T t , and an excessive measure ν a new semigroup ~T t , is constructed in such a way that v is invariant with respect to ~T t and ~T t is larger than the original semigroup. A sufficient condition for ~T t to be uniquely determined by T t and ν is given.
