Zusammenfassung

Persistierende Arteria hypoglossia bei einer Frau mit einem Aneurysma des terminalen Teils der Arteria basilaris. Es werden die angiographischen und nekroptischen Befunde besprochen. Die klinische Bedeutung des Zusammentreffens beider pathologischen Befunde wird diskutiert.
