Salutogenese richt zich niet op hoe ziektes ontstaan (pathogenese) maar gaat op zoek naar de oorsprong van gezondheid. Antonovsky is de grondlegger van de salutogenese en in deze bijdrage voor Spectrum doe ik een poging zijn visie op gezondheid te belichten.
