Existing methods for quantitative analysis of quasi-periodic signals are discussed. The technological and experimental basis of such methods is described. Automatic algorithms for periodic analysis of pulse signals are suggested. These methods are based on the use of real-time signals, as well as local waves within single periods. The results of comparative analysis of different pulsation signals of various spectral densities are described.
