Narrow-linewidth, pump-enhanced singly-resonant parametric oscillator pumped at 532 nm

is demonstrated. The pump wave is provided by a frequency-doubled miniature Nd:YAG ring laser and is resonantly enhanced in the SRO cavity, resulting in an external threshold of 200 mW. Stable single-frequency emission in the 1000–1135 nm range has been obtained with 2 GHz continuous tunability and signal/idler linewidths <160 kHz.
