Abstract

This article illustrates a rare case of suicide with a crossbow. The suspected suicide could be confirmed by the external examination of the corpse and manipulation of the trigger of the crossbow seemed to be plausible in the position of the body found at the scene. During autopsy it could be reconstructed how the bolt had caused the immediately fatal injury
