Vivian Barnekow is working in the division for Country policies and systems in WHO, Regional Office for Europe as Technical Officer. The focus of her work is coordination of child and adolescent activities in the European Region, and in particular the implementation of the European Strategy for Child and Adolescent Health and Development. She is the WHO focal point for the Health Behaviour in School-aged Children survey.

Dr. Matt Muijen is Regional Adviser for mental health at the European Region of WHO. He has been active in policy and service development in the UK and Europe. He has published on the effectiveness of community services, workforce reform and the state of mental health services.
