Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine neue Ammoniak-Silber-Methode für das Färben menschlicher Chromosomen in der Metaphase beschrieben, wodurch die Satelliten aller 10 akrozentrischen Chromosomen zu unterscheiden sind.
