Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Normales Stengelgewebe vonHelianthus annuus konnte auf einem synthetischen Nährboden bei Zusatz von 1 mg IES und 10 mg Pepton Witte je Liter in unbegrenzter Dauerkultur gehalten werden. Die dabei auftretenden Differenzierungen werden beschrieben.

  2. 2.

    Bei Kulturen von Stengelgewebe vonImpatiens Sultani konnte eine vom Mark ausgehende Kallusbildung beobachtet werden.

  3. 3.

    Weiter positive Kulturversuche mit Gewebeteilen von Karotten,Nicotiana tabacum, Solanum Lycopersicum, Datura chlorantha undAlthaea rosea werden beschrieben.

  4. 4.

    Versuche zur Kultur von Rhizomgewebe und verschiedener Gewebeteile monocotyler Pflanzen verliefen negativ.

  5. 5.

    Isolierte Mesophyllzellen vonBocconia cordata, Lamium purpureum undSedum acre konnten monatelang am Leben erhalten werden, zeigten aber keine Zellteilung.
