Abstract

Four heterosexual couples, in which premature ejaculation by the male was the chief sexual complaint, were treated in a group setting. Two were successfully treated in six 45-min group sessions, and two gained successful ejaculatory continence 2 months later. At 4 months followup, all four couples reported continued and improved sexual functioning. Therapist time average was 1.5 hr per couple.
