Résumé

L’hypnose est un outil thérapeutique qui accompagne la médecine depuis l’aube des temps. Nous donnerons un aperçu de l’actualité de l’hypnose médicale en ce début de XXIe siècle et nous montrerons l’utilité de cet outil thérapeutique auprès de la population âgée, invalide ou valide. Nous parlerons aussi de l’emploi de cet outil de communication auprès des accompagnants de personnes âgées et auprès des soignants.

Abstract

Hypnosis is a therapeutic tool that has been part of medicine since the dawn of time. We will give an overview of the state of medical hypnosis at the beginning of the XXIst century and will demonstrate the use of this therapeutic tool in elderly, disabled and able-bodied populations. We will also discuss the use of this communication tool for the families of elderly patients and for their care providers.
