Technology for processing high-speed steel turnings by powder metallurgy using a high-molecular compound

  • Published:
Metallurgist Aims and scope

Plate manufacturing technology is presented for a composite cutting tool from powder prepared by disintegrating high-speed steel machining waste in the presence of a mechanically degradable polymer. Plate operating properties are considered for a composite cutting tool, manufactured from high-speed steel powder.
