Treatment of colorectal cancer in elderly patients

Abstract

The care of colorectal cancer in elderly is a growing topic. Significant improvement has been realized in the care available for these patients. A lot of studies are still needed to better define accurate treatment for these patients.

La prise en charge des cancers colorectaux des patients âgés est un domaine d’actualité. Des progrès importants ont été réalisés dans l’accès aux soins de ces patients. De nombreux travaux restent à réaliser en ce qui concerne le choix des traitements et la sélection des patients devant en bénéficier.
