Zusammenfassung
Agile Softwareprozesse stoßen im industriellen Umfeld an ihre operativen Grenzen. Lean Development, auch bekannt als Just-in-Time-Produktion, hat bereits seit einigen Jahren erfolgreich Einzug in die Softwareentwicklung gehalten. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede der zwei Vertreter Scrum (agil) und Kanban (lean) und stellt ein Hybrid-Konzept für eine Verbindung der Prozesse vor. Durch den Einsatz von Elementen beider Vertreter werden Stärken vereint und Schwächen reduziert. Ein Fallbeispiel vermittelt erste Eindrücke aus der praktischen Umsetzung des Konzepts.
