Zusammenfassung

Harnblasenfunktionsstörungen beim Kind stellen ein sehr häufiges und heterogenes Krankheitsbild dar. Die Funktionsstörungen der Harnblase können sowohl die Harnspeicher- als auch die Harnentleerungsphase betreffen. Grundsätzlich muss man jedoch zwischen neurogenen und nicht-neurogenen Funktionsstörungen unterscheiden. Dieser Artikel stellt eine Zusammenfassung der häufigsten Ursachen, deren Basisdiagnostik und möglichen Therapieoptionen dar.

Abstract

Bladder dysfunction in children is a very common and heterogeneous problem. There can be disturbances either in bladder storage or during voiding phases. First of all it is important to distinguish between non-neurogenic and neuropathic bladder dysfuction. In this article the most common causes, the basic diagnostic evaluation and therapeutic interventions are summarized.
