Abstract
The author presents a case analysis of a patient with Borderline Personality Disorder and PTSD who underwent significant regression in response to poetic material during a therapy session. Noting the need for research, a prototypical questionnaire (Poetic Response Assessment Scale) to assess a patient's response to a particular literary work is provided.
