Abstract

Optimal conditions for recultivation of Candida albicans staying in viable but non-culturable state have been established. The effect of sodium hypochlorite on the transition of this culture into non-culturable state was investigated. The conditions of the culture reactivation were determined. These conditions include the effect of M-9 nutrient medium components and the cultivation temperature on recultivation process.
