New records of Peruvian Mikania (Compositae)

Abstract

Mikania macrostipulata sp. nov. is described, illustrated, and discussed.Mikania dioscoreoides, M. sprucei, andM. trifolia are reported new to Peru. The heterogeneity of the type material ofM. stereodes is also discussed.
