ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

We are grateful to A.S. Berdnikov and M.I. Yavor, the developers of the ISIOS software for calculating the ion-optical and aberration characteristics of corpuscular−optical elements, for the opportunity to carry out numerical estimations of errors in the calculation of the axial aberration under varying the ratio between the interpolar gap of a magnet to the radius of rotation of the optical axis.
