On the Construction of Green Displacement Functions for Multilayer Bodies

Abstract

We propose an approach to the construction of Green displacement functions for three-dimensional problems of elasticity concerning multilayer bodies with plane-parallel interfaces. We present a complete system of relations for displacements, strains, and stresses of two ideally contacting half-spaces.
