Es setzt sich zusammen aus Akupunktur am Ohr und Körper, Kräutertherapie, Mikrobiom- Aufbau, Ernährungsratschlägen und Anwendung ätherischer Öle. Die konkrete, praktische Umsetzung wird im Detail beschrieben.
