Functional outcome in all patients, stratified by AOL. In the overall population, GFO was achieved in 42 % of patients and EFO in 26 % EFO. When stratified by anterior versus posterior circulation stroke, no differences were observed: The rate of GFO was 44 % in patients with anterior circulation stroke versus 34 % in patients with basilar artery stroke.
