We present the results of numerical modeling by the Monte-Carlo method of the pulse signal propagation in a planar waveguide with smooth rough boundaries during bistatic sounding. The results of the numerical and analytical calculations in the case of single reflection are compared. Temporal characteristics of the received signal with multiple reflection and a low grazing angle are analyzed.
