The article considers the problem of developing a dynamic and mathematical model of a receivingwinding mechanism for producing large-diameter packages. In the mechanism, the bobbin holder with the package rotates relative to a fixed axis, and the friction cylinder together with the traversing mechanism and its own drives are placed on a translationally moving carriage. The dynamic model takes into account the flexibility of the package surface, which does not hold the connection between the friction cylinder and the package, and the possibility of the rotating package slipping relative to the friction cylinder.
