Die chirurgische Notfall-Laparoskopie im Grundversorgungskrankenhaus

Zusammenfassung

An Hand von 3 Fallbeispielen polytraumatisierter Unfallpatienten wird auf die Vorteile der notfallmäßigen chirurgischen Laparoskopie und Peritoneallavage zur raschen Abklärung intraperitonealer Läsionen unter Berücksichtigung der personellen und apparativen Verhältnisse in einem Landkrankenhaus der Grundversorgung hingewiesen.

Summary

In 3 polytraumatized patients laparoscopy was helpful for diagnosis of intraperitoneal lesions. The use of laparoscopies and of peritoneal lavages especially under emergency conditions and in smaller community hospitals is stressed.
