B. Alan Kite attended the University of California (Berkeley) and the University of London. He was curator of ethnology at the Museum of New Mexico from 1968 to 1970, and since then has been teaching in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Arizona (Tucson). Dr. Kite, whoseHistory of the Navajo People was published by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, has done extensive work with ethnic education programs, particularly in connection with traveling audiovisual presentations.
