Zusammenfassung

Die Wirkung der Eiweissmangeldiät auf die Resorption von S35-Methionin und J131-Triolein wurde untersucht. Die Resorption von Methionin wurde nicht wesentlich beeinflusst, während die Fettresorption nach 24tägigem Eiweissmangel signifikant vermindert ist.
