Abstract
Theoretical and experimental modeling of an electrodynamic system is used to study magnetoplasma surface waves in semiconductors by a total-internal-reflection method. A change in the system's transmission coefficient that corresponds to excitation of a magnetoplasma surface polariton is obtained for n-type InSb.
