Zusammenfassung

Die Bedeutung von Beinlängendifferenzen (BLD) vor allen Dingen bei Sportarten mit zyklischem Bewegungsablauf wird bisher sehr kontrovers diskutiert, wobei besonders die Diagnose anhand der vielen klinischen Methoden sehr umstritten ist. Unterschiedlich sind auch die Meinungen über Auswirkungen der Beinlängendifferenz hinsichtlich eventl. auftretender Spätschäden am Haltungs- und Bewegungsapparat auf Grund der veränderten Statik.
