Zusammenfassung

Cyproteron (1,2 α-Methylen-6-chlor-Δ-6–17 α-hydroxyprogesteron) ist ein Gestagenderivat, welches nach Hamada, Neumann und Junkmann, 1963, beim Tier die periphere Wirkung der Androgene aufzuheben vermag und wegen dieser Eigenschaft als Antiandrogen bezeichnet worden ist. Während Kaiser u. Mitarb., 1967, sich eingehend mit dem Einfluß von Cyproteron auf die Harn- und Plasmasteroide bei Frauen mit Hirsutismus befaßt haben, soll in der vorliegenden Untersuchung der zentrale antigonadotrope Effekt des Präparates geprüft werden.
